We can automatically read incoming documents via email and present them in the incoming invoice workflow. Another option is scanning receipts. For this, we use a Fujitsu scanner, for example.

Ultimately, after upload, the receipts are transferred into the workflow as PDFs via Google Drive. The document scanner is the ideal equipment for the mailroom.

Printing from the cloud via local printers is no problem, even with a Chromebook. However, if you want to automate workflows, brand's mill controls print jobs from within the workflow.

We have implemented the brand's mill Cloud Bridge. This is a server that distributes print jobs from the cloud within the local network.
